This Modsbase.com Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which Modsbase.com ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights to materials (excluding those uploaded by users) provided on Modsbase.com, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds, software, and services, are owned by Modsbase.com or by third-party authors, developers, and vendors. Elements of the Modsbase.com site are protected by law and may not be copied or imitated in part or whole. Modsbase.com, the Modsbase.com logo, and related products are trademarks of Modsbase.com and may be registered in certain jurisdictions. All other product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Client Information
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. Modsbase.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if inaccurate, false, or incomplete information is provided.

Account and Data Security
Clients may designate trusted individuals as agents to use the Modsbase.com service on their behalf, ensuring those agents have the legal capacity to bind the Client. The Client is responsible for all actions taken by these agents.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted using this information. Clients must promptly notify Modsbase.com of any unauthorized account activity, including unauthorized orders or use of services.
Clients are solely responsible for the content they upload to Modsbase.com and are encouraged to maintain their own backups. Modsbase.com is not responsible for any data loss.

Sharing Data
Clients understand that once they share a file's download link, the content becomes accessible to anyone with that link. If you do not wish your files to be publicly accessible, do not share the links. Modsbase.com is not responsible for any actions taken with your files once shared.
If your copyrighted or trademarked works are on Modsbase.com without your permission, please refer to our DMCA policy.

Prohibited Activities
Clients must store data in compliance with applicable laws and agree not to use Modsbase.com for the following activities:
1. Publishing or sharing content that promotes terrorism, violence, or displays graphic death scenes. Such content, if deemed serious, will be reported to the authorities.
2. Exploiting or harming minors in any way, including but not limited to child pornography. Such content will result in immediate reporting to law enforcement.
3. Uploading or distributing content that infringes on patents, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
4. Uploading any adult content. Violation will result in account termination.
5. Uploading files unrelated to game modding or using Modsbase.com as a personal storage service.
Clients are solely responsible for the content they upload. Modsbase.com reserves the right to remove, move, archive, or modify any content that violates the Agreement or applicable laws. Modsbase.com may terminate a Client's access to the site without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, Modsbase.com will cooperate with legal authorities to provide relevant information.
Any attempt to disrupt Modsbase.com services or compromise its systems is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Fraud
Partners are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including using unauthorized means to generate clicks or commissions, such as spyware, stealware, cookie-stuffing, or click-fraud. Modsbase.com reserves the right to determine fraudulent activity and take appropriate action.

Cancellation of Service
You can stop using the Services at any time. Modsbase.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at any time, with or without reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, legal orders, or actions that pose a risk to other users or services.
Modsbase.com reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if it determines a Partner has violated this Agreement or if actions related to the Partner Program are found to be fraudulent or non-compliant. In cases of material breach, Modsbase.com may disclose the Partner's identity to law enforcement or affected third parties.

Payments
Payments are processed few times per month, but times may vary depending on the payment method. Refer to our FAQ for more information on processing times.
Payment delays may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen events. We will do our best to notify users of any delays. If your payment status has not changed for more than 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Modsbase.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, security, or completeness of our services, and we do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Downloading or accessing any content via Modsbase.com is done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any data loss or damage that occurs as a result.
No advice or information obtained from Modsbase.com creates any warranty not explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modsbase.com, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of Modsbase.com services or your violation of this Agreement or any other policies.

Limitations of Liability
Modsbase.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services or from errors on the site, including loss of data, business, or profits. If you are dissatisfied with the services, your sole remedy is to discontinue using Modsbase.com.
