Clients may designate trusted individuals as agents to use the Modsbase.com service on their behalf, ensuring those agents have the legal capacity to bind the Client. The Client is responsible for all actions taken by these agents.
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted using this information. Clients must promptly notify Modsbase.com of any unauthorized account activity, including unauthorized orders or use of services.
Clients are solely responsible for the content they upload to Modsbase.com and are encouraged to maintain their own backups. Modsbase.com is not responsible for any data loss.
Clients understand that once they share a file's download link, the content becomes accessible to anyone with that link. If you do not wish your files to be publicly accessible, do not share the links. Modsbase.com is not responsible for any actions taken with your files once shared.
If your copyrighted or trademarked works are on Modsbase.com without your permission, please refer to our DMCA policy.
Clients must store data in compliance with applicable laws and agree not to use Modsbase.com for the following activities:
Clients are solely responsible for the content they upload. Modsbase.com reserves the right to remove, move, archive, or modify any content that violates the Agreement or applicable laws. Modsbase.com may terminate a Client's access to the site without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, Modsbase.com will cooperate with legal authorities to provide relevant information.
Any attempt to disrupt Modsbase.com services or compromise its systems is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.
Partners are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including using unauthorized means to generate clicks or commissions, such as spyware, stealware, cookie-stuffing, or click-fraud. Modsbase.com reserves the right to determine fraudulent activity and take appropriate action.
You can stop using the Services at any time. Modsbase.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend services at any time, with or without reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, legal orders, or actions that pose a risk to other users or services.
Modsbase.com reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if it determines a Partner has violated this Agreement or if actions related to the Partner Program are found to be fraudulent or non-compliant. In cases of material breach, Modsbase.com may disclose the Partner's identity to law enforcement or affected third parties.
Payments are processed several times per month, but timing may vary depending on the payment method. Refer to our FAQ for more information on processing times.
Payment delays may occur due to technical issues or unforeseen events. We will do our best to notify users of any delays. If your payment status has not changed for more than 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Modsbase.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, security, or completeness of our services, and we do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Downloading or accessing any content via Modsbase.com is done at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any data loss or damage that occurs as a result.
No advice or information obtained from Modsbase.com creates any warranty not explicitly stated in this Agreement.
